Welcome to the Rockland Family Association!

The Rockland Family Association (RFA) is proud to support the students, staff, and families of Rockland Elementary School. As a volunteer-led, non-profit organization, our mission is to strengthen our school community and enhance the educational experience of every student through family engagement, school programs, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising initiatives.

Throughout the year, the RFA helps bring our community together through events such as the Welcome Back Picnic, Raptor Run, VIP & Daughter Dance, Favorite Author Visit, staff appreciation activities, and many other programs that create lasting memories for our students and families.

Whether you are new to Rockland or have been part of our school community for years, we encourage you to get involved. There are many ways to support our school—attending events, volunteering your time, sharing ideas, serving on a committee, or simply staying connected through Membership Toolkit.

Together, we can continue to make Rockland a place where students thrive, families feel connected, and school spirit shines.

Membership Toolkit Information

Membership Toolkit is Rockland's one-stop hub for staying connected with the Rockland Family Association (RFA). Through Membership Toolkit, families can receive important communications, sign up to volunteer, purchase event tickets, access the school directory, and stay informed about upcoming events and opportunities throughout the year.

Membership Toolkit is used across Libertyville District 70 schools and will continue with your family as students transition to Highland Middle School. If you already have a Membership Toolkit account through another school or organization, you can use the same login credentials at Rockland.
